Calvary Chapel Plano’s
focus is on feeding
children the Word of God.
Letter From the Children's Director:
But he answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’ Matthew 4:4
Our desire is to ensure that children attending Calvary Chapel Plano are nourished and filled with the Word of God so that, when they are older, they will not depart from the Lord.
Train up a child in a way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.
On Sunday mornings, starting from as young as 2 ½ years old to 4 ½ years old, children are introduced to Inductive Bible Teaching at our Lil’ Kingdom Kids Ministry and then graduating to our Kingdom Kids, grades Kindergarten through 6th. Also, our Sunday evening bible study is Kingdom Kids which is a corporate children’s group.
We also have our mid-week clubs starting from 3 ½ years old to 4 ½ years old (Honey Bees), 4 ½ to 6 years old (Cubby Bears) and, last but not least, Calvary Kids Club “cKc” 1st-6th grade.
